From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by how chic and modern the space was, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My stylist, Sarah, was simply amazing. She was so attentive and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I showed her a couple of inspiration photos, and she absolutely nailed the look I was going for! I opted for balayage, and I was blown away by how beautifully it turned out. The colors blended seamlessly, and I’ve received so many compliments since leaving! Additionally, the scalp massage during the wash was heavenly—it was the perfect touch of relaxation. One minor thing I would suggest is that they could benefit from having more staff during peak hours, as it seemed a bit busy when I arrived, and I had to wait a few extra minutes. However, the service was definitely worth it! I left feeling refreshed and glowing. I’m so excited to have found this gem of a salon. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. I felt she genuinely cared about my hair and my happiness with the results. The products they use are top-notch, and I could tell that they prioritize high quality, which made me feel confident in their services. The salon was clean and well-organized, which is always a plus in my book. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a more streamlined check-in process, as it took a little longer than expected to get started, but the overall experience made it well worth the wait.
